Malaysian blogger, Namewee, was criticized by 'somebody' in Malaysia after he published his new song, Negarakuku in youtube.
NameWee, was being interviewed by Malaysia's newspaper, China Press about his song, Negarakuku. During the interview, NameWee was explained he was no intention to insult the country, he love Malaysia, his intention is just to reflecting the real situation in Malaysia today.

his intention was not to insult the country, just express his feeling, i think is quite different with the example you gave.
