Slovenia beat Bealrus 1-0 with a second-minute penalty by Klemen Lavric in their Group G Euro 2008 qualifier on Wednesday.
Lavric had been brought down by Pavel Plaskonny as the home side surged forward early.
Belarus's Artem Radkov was sent off in the 70th minute after earning yellow cards for two fouls committed within a minute of each other
